Mobile Appointment: We offer a mobile & onsite location for service. Please note you will be charged $0.60 per mile that we drive to your specified location. This will be charged after service. You pay for the cut initially to act as a deposit for service. Once service is completed, the distance will be calculated and you will be charged the mileage differential (We use a card reader to take payment for travel the processing company that we use is Zettle). We recommend that you reach out to us for a quote before you schedule a service
Out of state policies: We do service different states other than the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area! However, out of state clients (clients that do not reside in Maryland) are charged our out of state rate. This rate varies dependent on your state.
*Out Of State Local Rate:
- Virginia: $50.00 flat fee + Service cost
-Washington D.C: $35.00 Flat fee + Service Cost
Travel fee mileage for out of state clients is $0.85 per mile to the specified location. If you are outside of DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) region and are interested in our services please call for a quote.
Please also note that call in appointments must pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of service to reserve their appointment time. Options available for payment include:

Cancellation Policy: For canceling appointments we understand things happen. We give you our time and ask you value it. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $15.00 from the card on file. For individuals who call in their appointment and cancel last minute (circumstantial) the $15.00 fee to hold the appointment will not be refunded.
Call in appointments must pay 50% of booking total in order to reserve their appointment. A secure link will be sent where you can pay completely online. Questions about our policy please call 301-900-3170
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
